It was a good trip. I enjoyed my food . There was indoor sitting available and the workers were nice to me . I mostly try to come early as the store have a reputation of closing on time. Worst branch ever! Extremely rude manager named Elma was trying to not give us all of our food!!! We tried to explain we were missing a sandwich, she kept being rude to us then threw our receipts in the trash!!! After one of her employees explained the issue to her on the side, she made us the sandwich and said it was an extra one (as if we did not pay for it!). We responded that we paid for it and it was her error for not putting it in our order, to which she responded saying in a very angry way “ ok ok take your food and leave or I will call the police”. We decided to call the police ourselves and report how she discriminated against us as soon as she saw us. Hands down the worst manager ever!! If burger king cares about their brand they should seriously fire her!!

Today 05/07 I wanted to order four oreo shakes and they told me there was no shake. But the car in front ordered 1 shake and received it. I went to try to get inside the store and they kicked me out closing the door in my face when there were customers inside. On the website the store closes at midnight and I went at 10 o’clock.
