I’m surprised they have any bad reviews. I went today, myself and two kids, and had a pleasant experience. The food was delicious. I found myself saying it was way better than McDonald’s. I mean the difference in quality shocked me. The store itself was clean and there were a bunch of Burger King crowns which I thought was cute. The staff was friendly and I left feeling satisfied and knowing I’d be returning. Happy customer

Rudest spiked nailed counter representative I have ever met. Ignored us for first 3 minutes. Then instead of hello what can we make for you today. It was what do you want and what else. No time to say thank you either. We were the ONLY customers.

This location is horrible, the employees lack tons of customer service basics. Everyone almost acts clueless to what your asking for, I asked for fresh fries because the ones I was given was cold and it was like if I was bothering the employees just to do the job they applied to for work. Crazy!! I don’t recommend this particular location.

I dropped one of your employees for work then decided to go to the drive thru for a some Fries and Milk shake. I only had 2 cars ahead of me but the wait time was long. After getting there the server “Roxy” worked on me who looked like she didn’t wanna be there in the first place, i handed her my Debit card then she gave me my fries and I asked for more Ketch up as I was waiting for my milkshake being made by another nicer gal who I didn’t catch her name. When she handed the milkshake I said thank you and drove away forgetting my Card. At around 9:50pm my bank contacted me about transactions that were being made on my debit card thats when I realized I didn’t have my card and since it’s the only stop and transaction I had made for the day I knew exactly where I lost my card. It’s sad that a person can try to use money that is not theirs. Thank God my bank contacted me sooner and the card was blocked. I plan on coming to see the manager. How many people have fallen victim of that? Because it’s so easy to forget your card at the drive thru. The least she could do was report it to the manager but decided to try and drain my account.

Would give a 0 the employees here are so rude and slow! Drive through guy think it was Pablo is rude and looks like he doesn’t want to be there and just throws ur food at you!! And the food is cold! Upper manager should do something especially seeing all these bad reviews

Everytime I come here MARIA the manager she is always confused the language barrier is already a problem but to become irate with someone because there is a language barrier is a problem she yelled at my 12 year old caustic child because she was ordering food too slow I then asked her what her issue was she said “YOUR ON MY TIME ” I then had to explain to her why she should always remain calm while working customer service I feel so bad for the Guy Pablo who seems to be the ONLY ONE SUITABLE for a managers position … To be a great leader Patience and Kindness is always great to promote while LEADING BY EXAMPLE … SHAME ON THIS BURGER KINGS MANAGEMENT after reading these reviews something has to be done!
