I had a terrible experience with the person on the microphone. They were rude and classless, asking me to repeat my order eight times before telling me they didn’t have it. When I told my daughter I couldn’t handle it anymore, the person on the microphone responded by saying they couldn’t do it either and using offensive language. It’s a shame that such low-class individuals are employed here and are not afraid to use that kind of language. Clearly, the management doesn’t care. I will not be returning.

I’ve been a loyal customer for I have emphysema and COPD there’s no AC in you guys need to fix that AC for people who has issues with lungs and your co-workers the workers are working in heat why is Burger King not fixing the AC for their employees I would not work on under those conditions. Disappointed. Asked for the chicken sandwich that was shown on big menu screen. It had marinara sauce mozzarella cheese chicken patty. I get the order it was mayo lettuce tomato. (I will eat that so it wasn’t a total loss) I said this is wrong I ordered the chicken from the screen to a different worker. She gave a bad look so I just gave up walked out. It would be a 4 star place if that didn’t happen. Place is better than the dark days. This bk was bad. It’s alright now.

When we got to the window we smiled and were polite because we figured with the wait they were already upset with previous customer, we were right they seemed to all be having a bad day. Better than McDonald’s but I hear there’s all sorts of things they put in their chicken sandwiches and they don’t put them in but corporate Burger King does all sorts of fillers to Puff the sandwich up to make it look bigger to make it taste better and worst of all some type of wood derivative like sawdust or something to that effect why would that be in chicken sandwiches I like Chick-fil-A it’s real chicken throughout and they give you a healthy portion you can Google what I said do you do diligence buyer beware thank you

This burger stands out for other. May ask how? This Burger King will be the worst place you have eaten when I asked a whopper then gave me a kids meal. When I ask that the order was wrong the employ said to just deal with it WORST FAST FOOD!
