The location is new and should be on top of things. NOT! Started off with getting a receipt…no change! Not even the ask to round up, no explanation…just a piece of paper. Picked up food and asked about the change. “OH, did I forget to give you change?” No! The receipt was printed with exact change paid. If I am paying the extra–without permission, I want extra. Then was handed a dollar. Poor, poor people skills and perceived as thieves. And the onion rings tasted off. $4.69 for onion rings that tasted soured. No thank you Burger King.
