Nugget The Beagle (and my human mom)
I placed my order through the app for drive-thru pickup. The order contained 2 sandwiches that were customized in the app (to make them virtually plain). I used Google Pay to pay for the order in the app. Then I drove up to the drive-thru and notified them I was picking up an order placed in the app… they confirmed my name and told me to drive to the second window. At the window, I was handed a drink from the order then the bag. I quickly reached into the bag hoping to pull out a hot fry but it felt room temperature. Once home my buddy and I opened our sandwiches to enjoy. After the first bite, I noticed something tasted differently than expected because the sandwich had not been the way it was ordered. Then my buddy took a bite of his sandwich and also noted his sandwich also wasn’t the way it had been ordered. Both sandwiches had all the default toppings. Personally, my orders have been incorrect 2/3 times with the fries being cold. Also, others I know have had the same experience with their orders incorrectly made. There are over 200,000 ways to top a Whopper… make sure to open all your sandwiches before leaving the drive-thru or expect to have to go back or accept that you didn’t get your BK your way. Also, something to make note of is the hours for this location have varied from the hours shown on the website, app, and what’s shown on the drive-thru window. They were open after 11 pm for one of my drive-thru visits. I will add a photo of the hours from the drive-thru window taken on 05/30/2023

The whole experience was terrible. It’s a brand new location. The ladies room doors wouldn’t even close. We asked for iced tea and were told it was on the machine. It is not, only soft drinks are in the machine. The french fries were not cooked and they were so coated with salt that you couldn’t eat them. It was just disappointing. I don’t think I’ll visit this location again.

While the expectations were high due to the fact is a brand new location, the quality of the food remains very poor, fries not quite cooked and couldn’t eat them due to excess salt. The services at the register was ok. The facilities damaged (one of the stall in the rest room already unusable (door won’t close/ broken/poor management). In the evening while sun still out, you have to face the sun without any kind of shade (poor design). First and last visit.

Was excited for another burger king but DAMMM. Whoever runs this is a JOKE. Either sell it to someone with some sense of good sanitation, quality service, and quality food or turn this property into something different. Something that the community of Taunton can actually enjoy!

New location, looks nice. Friendly service. Food took FOREVER. Sunday lunch time, ordered 2 cheeseburgers quick, 10 minutes from the time of order to the time I got my food. Worked at a BK years ago as a teen, we use to pride ourselves on a 2 minute or less ticket time. The manager was clearly frustrated with her staff, I thanked her and told her good luck but will likely not be back. I recommend you don’t either unless you don’t mind the very long wait.

I went to Burger King for a chicken sandwich, fries, & a chocolate shake. My shake was not thoroughly mixed, you could see the chocolate sauce all over the bottom of the cup & the sides. Honestly, didn’t even bother me, I stirred it up a little. What bothers me is that I had mold on the bottom of my bun. Noticed after two bites. Safe to say that I will never be returning to this Burger King again. If only I could post the pictures with my comment.

Went to the new Burger King and got terrible customer service. The staff was loud and we’re using profanity in every other sentence. I was sitting down and could hear one of the employees taking about not using medication. Honestly I had high hopes for this place and I was very disappointed. And to add to it all soda machine was out of the best sodas. If I could give a rating in the negative I would. Never coming here again, McDonald’s is better.

This is the most efficient Burger King I have ever been to. It was a busy Saturday at lunch time and the drive thru was bumpin but they got everyone through quickly and double checked the orders were correct both at the payment window and the pick up window.

This place has been a disaster since it opened. I live very close so I stop here at all different times, it’s terrible service EVERY time, no matter what time of day. I have resisted writing a bad review for benefit of the doubt, but jeez, I’ve never had a good experience and I’ve gone at least 20 times since they opened. I end up waiting in the drive through for an average of 10-15mins, EVEN if I’m the only car when I show up at 10 or 11pm. They always say they are short staffed, but then I pull up to pay and I see 8 workers staring at the same screen trying to figure out what to do. That has happened multiple times so I’m not sure what “short staffed” means anymore, cause 8+ people working at time seems like plenty for that location. The night manager is a total grump, which is frustrating when I too have worked all day, waited 10+ mins in a drive through with no cars around, and I just want a quick burger. I guess it wasn’t a shock to see this place has mostly 1 star ratings.
