Ordered whopper combo and chicken wrap. The tomatoes on the sandwiches were the top and not editable. They should be giving proper tomato slices. Fast food chain. WiFi & Drive-thru available.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The store supervisor needs to watch his attitude because I don’t quite understand how changing the cheese on a sandwich and adding bacon “is making things difficult” when the two very nice lady’s up front already had the situation taken care of.

This particular store has an issue with customer service, the first woman that took our order was great but the gentleman manning the second window was awful. He told us to go around to the front and park, cause they had to wait on fries. Sure, that’s normal and fine. We sat there waiting for 15+ mins, and still nothing. I finally go inside and the store manager was polite and fine. The young gentleman that had been manning the window failed to give me one of the items I ordered and failed to take accountability for a simple mistake he had made. Instead he played dumb like he had no clue what order I was talking about and they also failed to give me my receipt initially. I am very unsatisfied with this particular location and I believe retraining is in order.

Ordered a number 6 with an ice coffee this morning showed $6.39 on menu board. Get to the window and it comes to $8.09 the small ice I was given looked like a toddler size. Down the street at McDonald’s you can get a meal with a large ice coffee for $7.50. I rarely ever goto BK but lines were long everywhere else I guess this is where you go if you want to pay more and get less. Definitely won’t be going back here.

I cannot believe the store on Bald Hill Road, in Warwick, is a Burger King. I frequent BK often, but this place was awful. I order, at the drive-thru, a Whopper Jr. sandwich. The sign quoted the price as $1.75. With tax that should be $1.84. I was told the price was almost one dollar more. I thought they made a mistake sine tax is only 8 percent percent. I asked to speak with the manager and he said the price increased to $2.50 over a month ago.

This is the second time i have ordered BK through a delivery service, once was Doordash and now with GrubHub thinking it would be different but no not differently at all. They totally disregard instructions. I order the crave pack which involves 1 Whopper, Choice between Chicken Fries or 8 Nuggets, Small Drink and a Small/Medium Fries. I order my Whopper PLAIN, nothing on it just Bun and burger and i made sure to uncheck the toppings and i get it and bam i am insulted with ignorance. There is everything it normally comes with on it. So I cannot eat it, I have to give it to my dog instead. Its either they blatantly ignore instructions or its their system telling them otherwise. I noticed a couple times i place my order in store and i uncheck it all and for some reason they put pickles on my burger. At least there i can fix it but delivery i cannot. Especially an hour before closing.

McDonalds on bald hill is terrible. I went to this Burger King and it turned everything around. I don’t know why I ever strayed. I’m sorry, I love you. Thank you very much. Excellent food and service. The fire cracker chicken nuggets are a game changer!

This BK is run by the worst district mgr Ive come across. They are on purpose mis leading people on donation promos….the latest was for $1 to charity, you get a coupon for a free cheeseburger. What they dont verbally tell you and you have to read it on the card, is that its a free cheeseburger during breakfast hours. Im not out during those hours, and have used it in afternoon many times. Now a rude employee who wouldnt let me talk and then some district whatever that that he was a big guy said there was no way, and that the district pres said no. Thats b.s. I gave money for charity i return for a free cheeseburger that was advertised as such…..now they show its for breakfast and wouldnt honor it. They wouldnt even take the card back and give me my $1 back. Bald Hill Road, Warwick RI….Burger King…..run by a bunch of liars, false advertisers, and attitudes bigger than the building they work in.

After I paid for my combo, the employee said “By the way we have no ice for the sodas.” Don’t you think they should have said that at the beginning? That is fraud. For an $11 meal you should have plenty of ice. This place is dishonest.

Just had a great experience at BK on bald hill road! I ordered through the drive thru, paid for my items then received a phone call from the people I was getting the food for to change the ingredients on what I had already paid for. I went inside to explain, they were SOO nice and understanding except for one girl in the back that Was super rude and argumentative to her co-workers, but everyone else was very pleasant and understanding!! I wish I got all their names but there was a male with box braids, and 2 females working the front that were just wonderful!! Excellent customer service for those 3!!!!
