I usually have a pretty good experience but I’m shocked at my experience at 6pm on august 28th. There’s a blonde manager I haven’t seen here before much and she is dreadful. From the way she talks down to employees AND customers to her outright attitude. If you’re having such a terrible day then I suggest limiting customer interaction but this is her everyday, I imagine employee turnover will be quite high.

Today , august 1,2023. The District Manager (DM) was working on expediting and the entire restaurant was at an aw. This district manager treated her employees as if they were scum, they walked around with their eyes wide open from the way she was speaking to them. The girl at the register at one point asked her if she needed help with anything she raised her and and yelled no , get out of here. This wasn’t the only disgusting thing, the customers in the store noticed her attitude, she gave everyone a nasty attitude, spoke to us in a very nasty manner and she did not care when someone told her “hey calm down I’m a customer with a simple question”. This district manager should not have treated her employees and further note her customers this way at all. I will be taking this up to as high as I can go. The chicken nuggets that we ordered were dry, cold and old. It is tough when you are on the highway and you kid is disappointed because the flavor and texture of his chicken nuggets make them impossible to eat. We ordered them through the Burger King app and put in a complaint. They gave us a coupon for more than what we paid for them.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. Staff doesn’t care and consistently gets orders wrong. I order 2 sandwiches and a fries. Only got one sandwich and it was completely wrong. Extremely ghetto place even for Woonsocket. How difficult is it to make a simple burger? The staff cares more about goofing off than their customers. Will never be returning.

One of the worst BK’s ive ever been to. Zero stars if that was a option. They can not get a order correct to save their lives, then when you go back to tell them they messed up they give me a attitude like it was my fault. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Very poor customer service. Poor to non existing ability to take a order correct. Never go to this location unless you want to get very very aggravated and frustrated

I gave this place one more chance but they failed again. They mess up the orders, I will say 8 out 10 times no matter how simple the order is. The employees seem to be having way to much fun inside and never paid attention when you are placing your orders. Sandwiches are badly made, is like they are rushing so they can go back to chitchat or play with their phones.

The place was empty at 2 pm. My burger was luke warm and had a pile of 7pickle pieces all on the edge of it, but the fries were hot. I guess you have to catch them when they are busy to get a warm burger.

Went in, no one at counter. So used ladies room, very dirty. Went back to counter. 2 girls there talking. No line, just me standing there patiently for almost 10 min, then both walked away. So I just left, won’t go back there again. Was my 1st time and last time.
