Better than I expected. You’d expect a messy, loud, unkempt Burger King in this location, but on a Sunday afternoon at lunch time, it was fairly quiet, fast, and most importantly, CLEAN! Ordered via mobile later at night. Got there at 1245AM. Person in front of me, for whatever reason, had their food take >10min. I get to the pay window and say I have a mobile order. Am told they’d have to check – can see them go to the counter and pick up my already-cooked food. It was already packaged. Window person gets real nasty and says “Just so you know, we close at 1. It’s past that.” I’m aware – that’s why I got there early.

The manager on was absolutely disgustingly rude and said they didn’t open until 830 and they didn’t have any food because they just got there 10 minutes ago. No lights on all doors locked I sat at the speaker for a long time before pulling up to the window. Burger King needs to reevaluate their managers and employees. This place is disgusting. Bought an icee drink and they gave it to me in a 12 oz instead of a 16 oz cup. I had to tell them several times that the cup was wrong. I was told that the manager says it’s supposed to be in the first cup 12 oz. However it’s advertised as 16oz on the storefront window from Corporate! This tells me they have been giving people smaller sizes all along. Eventually they finally gave me the correct size, 16 oz after I insisted.

Asked for the burger to be well done which, unlike when I used to work in fast food back in the day, doesn’t mean throwing a frozen patty on the grill, it means “nuking” it in microwave, but as I’m eating and talking I happen to pick at and inspect it, bad idea, which is why I usually just eat ff meat quickly, and see not only was it not well done but.gross pink and grisly in center.
