It surprised me to see the google rating so low. We moved close by about a month ago and have been here a few times a week since. I told the GM that we have had more fast food in a month than we have had in 10 years combined! We keep going because it’s the best burger kings we have even been too. We have had late night, lunch, dinner it’s consistent and tasty. Always hot and made to order. Very pleased.

The workers are doing their best, however there are usually only ever 2 workers during rushes. management doesn’t do anything properly with keeping the place clean, ensuring they have food or even making sure the employees have training. drive thru took forever because there was only 2 people with a line of 13. I would never recommend going here you will spend 20 minutes sitting in a line to place an order which will be mixed up and overcharged. This place has to be the worst restaurant in merrimack.

I ordered two sausage egg and cheese croissants, The sausage patties were cooked a week ago they were so dried out and hard I could not eat them, So I called the restaurant they would not answer the phone, I went back to the restaurant they told me they would cook me up 2 fresh ones, I said OK thank you, I left with the croissants went down to my flying field opened them up expecting a sausage egg and cheese that’s edible and I got the same thing if not worse,So dried out the patties were unedible, After two trips to Burger King I finally gave up, The Spanish girls were very polite but what good is that if they’re gonna sell me food that is bad, I think that the health department should visit this restaurant in Merrimack NH off of Continental Boulevard.

Absolutely disgusting food. It took a long time for them to take my order and even longer to bring it out, which is fine, they’re busy. But we clearly got 2 of the oldest burgers of the day. Not hot at all and the buns were stiff. So disgusting

The place was filthy, every table was dirty, the drink station was dirty, puddle of water on the floor from a leaking air conditioner, the place wasn’t busy so there was no excuse for how dirty it was… The onion rings tasted like they been there all day and my burger was made wrong. The lady who took our order acted like we were bothering her… I will never go back here again. Bunch of pigs

Employees have attitudes, manager (young man who looks no older than 23) was on his phone and we were ignored for nearly ten minutes before our order was taken. Only upside is our food was made quickly. It was literally dead, worse than a ghost town. Also not exactly clean either.

Eggnormus. Asked for sauce on side. Got to window reiterated asking sauce on side..”yeah ok” *head nods* has half the amount of hash browns, sausages on side, and they made it with 2 tortillas that wouldn’t even make it around everything. Also forgot my iced coffee I had to ask for it

I did an online order and it said to be picked up at 8:02pm. Upon my arrival at 7:55pm i sat at the speaker for 5 minutes as I watched an employee walking around inside. I then hear her say sorry we are closed over the speaker. I said I am here to pick up an online order and gave my last name and she stated there was nothing with that name. I then told here that I was already charged $13.33 for the meal. She then said try to go and cancel the order and then she would not talk to me no more. I will say Schaiane at the corporate office was very helpful and understanding when I contacted them via email and told her of what traspired. They ended up giving me a full refund and I really apreciated that.

The person taking my order was very rude and the place looked like it was falling apart. There were things on the menu that were discontinued. I asked for a simple dbl rodeo burger and they said they can’t simply put a extra patty. What happened to “have it your way. First time I’ve ever driven away from a order in my 30 years of life
