They can get away with terrible customer service because they are the only faster food around, but it still might be faster to order a burger from the brew house. Same price too. Under staffed, rude, and did not let anyone use the kiosks to order.

I would give one star but bumping up to two stars because in an airport. Nothing really great about this place. Where is the flame grill? Food subpar even by Burger King standards and service slower than it should be. The employees in front generally seems polite and prompt, but you can see easily aee into back and it looks like no one ever has any sense of urgency or care. There is a guy who works in front sometimes with reddish hair and beard and he is very prompt, friendly, and polite but that is it. Is there even a manager? As a newer space, it looks much better than it is. Sad they can’t due better.

6:40 am and all other food services are open and serving, but not a soul in sight at BK, lights are on but nobody home. I’m at the MHT airport at least 3 times a month about the same time and BK never seems to be ready. When I’m here later in the day service is so slow they no longer get my business.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. The management don’t know anything or how to run a restaraunt franchise, schedule, or when to fire a violent employee and bad attitude employees. They are unsanitary, discusting, and abuse good and disabled employees. HMSHost needs the boot from this airport and not let back in!!! The state needs to do thorough inspection and the labor board needs to review this place before an attorney does. Stay away from everything in there except Dunkins or Starbucks because they are ran better!

What a cluster $. I ordered and waited 10 minitues or so… No food. Asked repeatedly about food and was ignored by very rude older woman. Finally they found the order and it was not right. Asked for a refund and they could not even get that right. Refunded wrong amount. Cashier had to give me cash and credit card refund. Totally unorganized and rude. I miss Quiznos.

Absolutely appalling, all bin’s more than over flowing, filthy, stank of urine, not enough staff for the volume of people going there, poor old fella serving, 1 young inexperienced girl to clean tables and empty bins, she didn’t know were to start. shocking, put me off Burger king, and triple the price because it was inside the airport.

The Burger Kings in NH tends to be sub par, but this one sets the low bar. Employees tend to be gross, rude, or not give a f. The hours are odd. The food shows how little the store or employees cares about the product and or customers.
