All the toppings were right on point (I’ve worked for BK, so I know how much of what has to be added in each burger), and that’s why it tastes good. Service was exceptional, burger was the worst thing I’ve tasted in ten years. Good lord I had no idea a burger could even be that gross. They said “grilled” but that thing could not have been grilled. Maybe a week ago yeah…but the thing doesn’t even have grill marks. The lady working the window on May 5th 2023 at around 8:40pm shouldn’t be working the window if she has no social skills and is just passive aggressive. I came here for a quick bite tonight and went up to the window to pay she asked if I want to round up for a charity event. i said not tonight thank you. From there on out complete silence and dirty looks while I waited for my food. Once I knew I was getting dirty looks from her I just looked down at my phone for about 2-3 minutes as I was uncomfortable from there on out and I didn’t realize she was holding my drink at the window waiting for me to realize and I looked back up and she’s just starring at me with her arm extended out with my drink. Like social skills are non existent. Usually any other night with this woman is tolerable since she’s usually working the window but tonight didn’t impress me as this is the first time they’ve asked for “charity round up” at the paying window. Way to put someone on the spot don’t you think? But to then shame them for not rounding up give me a break . People come here to get their food and leave.

Customer serve was unacceptable. Went through the drive thru I was cut-off in the middle of ordering and then yelled at when I said I wasn’t done ordering.
