They mess up my order constantly and instead of taking care of it and apologizing, they will instead tell you you’re wrong and act like they’re doing you a service by fixing it. The guy said he went “above and beyond” when he fixed the sandwiches he screwed up. Employees and managers ALWAYS have a bad attitude. Don’t waste your time here, visit the one in Auburn instead. It’s worth the extra gas.

We just left this Burger King a few minutes ago. It was our first time stopping by. I just wanted leave a review because this is THE best Burger King we’ve ever been to. Both of the employees were so friendly at the drive-thru windows. The guy who took our order was quick and patient with a burger that was customized. When we got to the window to pay he offered both of our kids crowns, something I hadn’t seen at a BK in a while. So friendly. The second guy at the next window was just as quick and friendly. All of the food was super fresh. The fries were hot and tasted great. I don’t get fast food often, so today was a treat. I ordered a special order JR Whopper and it was seriously the best burger from BK I’ve ever had. So good! If we’re ever in the area like this again and need to stop for something quick, we’ll remember this good experience. Thank you every at the Lewiston Burger King on Lisbon St!

Honestly the worst service I have ever had at any food establishment. Get the order speaker get yelled at give me a minute. Waited five minutes to even have order taken. Whoever Bambi is you’re rude as hell and don’t deserve to work in the food service industry. The second window attendant was rude as well snappy and had a huge attitude. Even by burger king standards this food is pretty gross. If you order anything over a small fry, you will get a small fry in a larger container. Burgers taste burnt and dry consistently, buns are typically rock hard, etc… go to mcdonalds. Service is typical.

Went in this morning ordered breakfast to go. Not impressed at all missed something I ordered mentioned it, was told I never ordered it when I showed him right on the screen by pick-up that it was there and he said it was in blue because I had not paid for it, which didn’t add up because I paid for the whole order at once. He continued to be argumentative with me I told him I would like the hash browns and would pay he continued to argue so I told him to keep them and started to walk off. He kept on saying stuff until I just told him where to go. He then told me never to come back. Well yes I went off, I’m 53 have never had someone younger than me treat me with this rudeness. I got home and the sandwich that I paid for (have the receipt) was missing the meat and cheese. It will be my pleasure ignorant man never to come back to such an a establishment that hires people as disrespectful as you. Keep the money I paid with as my good-bye to *your restaurant*

They never mess up my order and my food is always at the proper serving temp. Burgers are always neat and the staff is prompt and friendly.

Impossible whoppers should be made to order it tastes completely differnt when it’s been sitting everytime I go n ask can you please make it fresh I’ll wait n I do wait n still get an old burger…SMH laziness
