I refuse to go anymore! I ordered two different times online, go to pick up my burgers the way that I order them, only to get home and find four toppings that I didn’t want on my burger. What was not acceptable was having to go back 2 more times and they still didn’t make them right, then another trip to get the refund (FYI: refunds are done online now, not in person). I was a loyal customer for decades, but seriously?! Too much aggravation, wasted time and wasted gas for me!

Ordered the ch’king. Got all the way home to find that instead of a chicken breast I got this single thin dry chicken strip. It wasn’t even a full breast. It ended up being mostly a mayo and pickle sandwich with a hint of chicken. I don’t live in the area either so there wasn’t much I could do about it.
