We just left here. Ate dinner on our way to Walmart. I first want to address the young lady autumn who worked the register, you are AMAZING! I hope your manager sees this and give you a raise! You showed so much kindness to my 3 year old daughter from the second we walked into the restaurant. You immediately got her attention with a crown, placed it gently on her head and smiled, putting her nervous self at ease. And then you played pee-a-boo with her from behind the counter while she was eating. I wanted to thank you in person but didn’t see you when we left. Please don’t ever change. Very rarely open till when advertised online. Quite literally misses one or several things on every single order. Sandwiches never arrive looking like they were made with any sort of care (barely stacked, ingredients a mess, and again usually missing an item.) I usually don’t do reviews but every time I come here we have an issue. EVERY time. The manager is rude, the food is alway cold especially late nights when I’ve seen them just scooping old fries out of a bucket. He’s so loud I could hear him complaining over the speaker even as we ordered. We asked for salt free fries and they were obviously just dropped in the grease again. We tried them before we left they were covered in salt. We got onions on our burgers we didn’t want and cheese we didn’t want and were charged for. I asked for the manager and explained what happened, i could have taken the fries, but my wife has high blood pressure. He asked us to pull forward even though nobody was behind us and when i said I’d prefer to wait he rolled his eyes and then a couple minutes later he gave me the bag, and told me I ruled then without cracking a smile then shut the window. Two weeks I placed my whole order before realizing I was talking to a recording and waited a whole minute before someone replied when I asked If they had gotten that I had to repeat the whole order again . The girl was nice though, I think her name was Tabitha. There’s always something Wrong in my order, it’s always loud but I will give them this, there dining room is usually clean and the mens bathroom is ok, although someone needs to change the mirror in the mens room, it’s disgusting. Fast food is usually something I’ll do in a pinch but I’d eat at the local McDonald’s before eating here and that should speak volumes. Keep your money or go somewhere else.
