Everyone leaves bad reviews when they have a bad experience but rarely leave good reviews when they have a good experience. I have to say I have had nothing but good experiences at this burger King. I come through regularly to get a bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit (and whatever else) and they are always super courteous, fast and always get my order right. They genuinely act like they appreciate their customers which is rare for any chain restaurant. A great .

I went here on my lunch break today and not only was it a couple minutes before they could take my order, but when they did I had to wait for a long time behind someone waiting for their order (only one car ahead of me) this was NOT during peak lunch hour. I waited so long that most of my break was gone and I don’t get a lunch now. When I got to the window I still had to wait, so I drove off. I’m sure it is not the person at the windows fault but that is unacceptable service. I don’t get my lunchbreak or the time I wasted back and I am taking the last minutes of my break to write this review. Please fix the issues at this location.

Food quality isn’t anything special but the staff is pretty great. Saw well managed crew even for short staff. A guy started trouble over a bunch of cheeseburgers not immediately being served to him and the cashier took charge calmly of the situation. Very professional for fast food

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP OR ONLINE! They will refuse to give you a refund, will only offer a coupon for burger king. They do not have an icee machine, yet my online order for 2 large icees went through. Will NEVER be going back to Burger King after this experience.

Ordered on app 1 and a half hours before they close, went through the drive through and was told they were out of whoppers and couldn’t substitute it for anything else, 2 whole meals and you couldn’t substitute anything? Just be honest and say you are cleaning up for the night or something

Cars lined up at drive thru no one was taking orders. Drive around and the workers are in there on there phones laughing and joking but not serving anyone. Finally I left and went to McDonald’s.

I ordered a BJ fish and 2 BJ double burgers and small fry.i received 2 BK Fish…the employee started arguing with me saying I ordered wrong not true he wasn’t listening to me when I ordered he put it wrong we exchanged some words and got my money back he couldn’t do the right tried to short change me .i will never go back there again and Be Harassed!!!!!
