Service was OK at this location. The place was clean. After placing our order, I asked for a dip. For our fries, we were told that we’d have to pay extra. Come on, BK, you’re now charging for dips? SMH.

The employees were to busy doing chores to help customer. I was the only person in this place and couldn’t get help. It took me twenty plus minutes to get the attention of the employees and get the single sandwich that I ordered. It was 9pm at night hours from closing time. But as I waited the floors were both swept and mopped… It seems to this Burger King that customers have all the time in the world. But I was only on a limited time schedule that returned me late because I was waiting on one little simple sandwich.

Unprofessional in all ways 15 minutes in drive thru when it’s not busy I ridiculous. You can hear them laughing in the background while take my order and telling me to hold on twice before fully taking my order, then being pulled to the side to wait for my order while they cleared out drive thru (5carsafter me ) to fully come out with my food (I was contemplating backing up to the window to complain ) just to have to bag ripped almost spill food all in my car , not a good experience

Wanted to try the new Chicken Royale with bacon and Swiss. Immediately I knew there was a language barrier. I also asked for a medium onion rings with marinara dipping sauce. She argued with me that the marinara was 27 cents and zesty was free. I said keep the Zesty I’ll take the marinara. I already paid for ny food but she wanted me to tap again for the marinara. She had no understanding that I wanted marinara INSTEAD of Zesty so she got frustrated and threw both in the bag. When I got home it wasn’t the chicken Royale it was a regular chicken sandwich with American cheese and lettuce. Nothing at all that I ordered. I am Hispanic also but if your employees don’t have a grasp of the language then how do you expect them to take orders properly. I will go to the Burger King in downtown West Haven instead next time. They have excellent customer service.

Horrible service and food. Young lady behind the counter was argumentative and rude. There was a language barrier but she was unaware of my fluentness in Spanish. Got my order wrong too after arguing about marinara dipping sauce. Still waiting to hear from headquarters.
