I’m being generous with the 1 star. I recently went to order a quick meal for my family after a long day. I was told to wait on the side of the building and wait for my order after 20 minutes went by i grew frustrated and decided to walk inside and get a refund only to be met with “ a refund for what?” From the manager. The amount of attitude i got from this restaurant makes me confident that I’ll never return here again.

Very rude. I after I was given my drink I thought she said “you’re all set”. So I said I didn’t get me food. The lady snapped and said “I said it will be right up.” I’m always on the road and eat fast food more than I like to admit, and this was the rudest woman that ever served me. I run a contracting business and I would fire anyone that spoke to a customer like that quick.

This Burger King is poorly managed and ran mostly by teenagers, some who weren’t even in uniform. The food quality was poor, two of my orders were wrong, and food was forgotten as well. Your employees shouldn’t have AirPods in and should stay off their phones in front of customers. I won’t be returning.

I’m so sad to write this review , I been of grits for two years and my first fast food meal I wanted to be a good old wooper, well this was a nightmare, we order our food waiting as normal went got the drinks and some guy comes from outside with a bag and told me that was my food, they gave him the wrong order and handed to me I was in shock, I started looking in the bag and it was not our order either, I order a plain doble wooper with cheese ketchup and Mayo and got a double smaller burger with cheese onion rings and barbecue souse I was soooo disappointed, I just took the food and we are leaving real disappointed.
