Very disappointed, they charged me 39 cent for a setting sauce, my sandwich was full of a red greasy sauce. I asked and she asked me if I wanted my money back without hesitation. Now I see why the place it’s so empty. I would not recommend it to everyone.

I have been here before the food is decent. However Management is a bit too strict. An employee made a mistake with my food and gave it to someone else, Management had the customer stop eating the food and throw the food in the trash. (THERE ARE PEOPLE DYING OF HUNGER, THERE ARE HOMELESS PEOPLE WHO CAN’T FIND FOOD, EATING LEFTOVERS OUT OF THE TRASH, HER RESPONSE “I DON’T CARE) This is just fast food from Burger King this isn’t going to make your health better for eating it. Alot if this goes in the trash at the end of the day. Not a happy Customer right now

Never had a bad experience. Almost a regular here since I go to ShopRite and pick up a quick bite. Staff are friendly and the food is good. Sometimes though, the soda machine doesn’t work right. It has ice but the flavor of some of the sodas don’t taste like soda.. more like sparking soda. Hit or miss.

Picked up a whopper meal for someone at home. I ate an onion ring on the drive home. Yikes. It was not good. Tasted like pure cooking oil. They said the juice was weak and the whopper was not good either

I’m an Uber driver who was picking up food for Uber eats. I sat here listening to the employees speaking in Spanish admitting that they gave someone else my order and the one employee told the other employee reprint the ticket and to give me the one they were supposed to give the other person. This issues causes drivers to get penalized for delivering wrong orders to customers. They did not know I spoke Spanish so I spoke up and told them that I will report this if they didn’t give me the correct food for the order. This is a serious problem. They’re unorganized here, everyone arguing about what order goes with what.

10/4 12:49 Only one worker wearing a mask. The manager or owner waited on me. Barely said anything. Then took a call and walked away from the customer behind me. No one waited on that person until I said something to them. Horrible service.

Normally I wouldn’t bother to rate a corporate fast food chain but today I had placed a mobile order on 4/26/22 and I placed it to be picked up in the drive through. So when I went in the drive through I waited a good five minutes before saying hello and I didn’t hear a response back. I have a hearing issue. According to the workers they responded but that’s aside the point. When I drove up the drive through person asked if I ordered a whopper with fries I said no I placed a mobile order. She said “okay your order will be up soon” didn’t ask my number or name and then after a while gave me the order I told her I didn’t place. I had to come inside just for them to take the food i touched and hand it to the person in the drive through, while proceeding to drag me how their mistake was my fault. Because they didn’t confirm what order my number was. I can get over the attitudes that were thrown at me even though it was their fault they didn’t do their job. What I can’t get over was they have food that they handed to someone and was in their vehicle and they just handed it off to the other person despite that I may have tampered with the food. Absolutely disgusting.
