Need to develop a sense of urgency. Drive through line wasn’t moving so I went inside and saw that the person supposed to be covering the drive through was trying to work the front too with no help and couldnt figure out something. Then a person with a tie that was poorly dressed came out to help and did much better to move things along but sandwich was warm and no salt on fries. Not to mention my feet was sticking to the floor. And one of the fountain drinks was not operating properly but there was no sign acknowledging that.

A pleasant surprise. I ordered a vegetarian whopper, no problem. My sandwich was loaded with veggies and the fried were hot and fresh. Drive-through staff friendly and efficient; drive-through speaker could be a bit clearer.

This place is the worst. This review is based off 2 visits. My most recent visit I sat in the drive through for at least 10 minutes with only 1 car in front of me only to get COLD FOOD. There was a previous time I sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes without moving so I had to go inside and get a refund. It’s a safe bet to say I’m DONE going there

Men’s bathroom has a horrible smell that they try to mask with air freshner. The indoor gym HVAC system is completely off and unhealthy for children to be playing in (in the summer time they do not have the air conditioning on….and in the winter the heat is blasting to an unsafe temperature). Owner needs to please spend some money to remedy these problems. My kids liking going here, but the bathroom and HVAC problem make it unsafe for me to bring my children.

honestly this Burger King is garbage, like literally the worst. It looks terrible as if I just walked into the most depressing place in my life, seriously! It’s dark, dirty and disgusting. I ordered 2 whopper meals, the burger did not come hot, just a bit warm, and the French fries had a terrible after taste, no one in my family was able to eat it, so I called them to complain and they asked if I had a receipt and luckily I did. But really you think I’m gonna make my own fries, get a Burger King bag shove my fries in the bag and complain about your fries?? Anyways after calling they hung up on me, and the next times I called they just picked up and said nothing, so I went to the store and they gave me new fries, and they were just as terrible couldn’t eat them I got home and threw them out. I had a horrible experience and I plan never to return I recommend everyone that is reading this to go elsewhere, it’s not worth the risk.
