Since the remodel, everything is more compact here. The food is as always good, counter people are polite, and the chairs and tables are more comfortable than previous. The door on the Rutherford Ave side is mostly blocked, thereby hindering a lot of those who are mobility impaired. One very nice touch that I have not seen at other Burger Kings is a small TV with a “Happy Channel” showing cute videos of people and pets at their cutest.

Walked in at 10am and greeted the woman at the register (Spanish with blonde hair and tattoos) with a good morning and she turned her back and walked away from the register. I disregarded the rude gesture and decided to order my food, while ordering she had a nasty attitude as if I was being rude or something. She didn’t even give me a receipt when I paid. When I sat down to eat I noticed my hash browns were missing, when I went back to ask for them she told me I didn’t order any. I told her she was mistaken and instead of apologizing for the mistake she decided to argue about what I said. I asked for my receipt (that I should’ve had gotten after I paid) and she didn’t charge me for the hash browns. I let her know next time she shouldn’t have such an attitude so she won’t be distracted and get the order wrong. She turned her back and walked away again saying something in Spanish. I’m pretty sure she is the manager and if so she is setting a horrible example for her employees.

My order drive thru order was completely incorrect and once I drive back to have it rectified the same associate ( Spanish older woman )who took my order was unprofessional and spoke to me as if this was my fault. She offered no apology instead told me I should have come inside to have an order taken again.. The manager Anthony was also of no better than she was.

Not sure what happened to BK. Is it Burger King in general, or just my local store here in Lyndhurst NJ???? Was at one time a loyal customer, but after repeatedly advertising items they don’t have (or ran out), will not be going there anymore. Seriously, how can a place prosper, if they never have anything? Like I said, they lost a valued customer.

Cool atmosphere of classic movies, nice music and very clean. Play place for kids a little bit small, but good to have it here. Food is good but not the best among other burger Kings.

Since my wife likes the $2 double cheeseburger, she would get these a lot. Just today they decided to raise the double cheeseburger to $6, which is the same price as their flagship burgers. We checked other burger king’s in the area and they are still priced at around $2. Don’t go to this burger king, because they will try to scam you out of your money.

Pretty good Burger King. Food was served hot and pretty fast. The most unique feature is the kid’s play area which seems to be a rarity these days. Nice set of multi-level tubes for the kids to climb. It is situated in the back corner of the restaurant and is in a separate dining area. The layout makes it easy to know your kids won’t come in contact with adult customers while they play or run back and forth from the table.

Who Cares
The quality of customer service has dropped drastically. Employees have no respect for customers and managers stand there idly watching employees, disrespect customers. If someone can’t control their temper, then maybe they should not be working on a daily basis with customers. I have never in my life been to a fast food establishment where I experienced such blatant disrespect. I left there and gave my food away. I did not trust the bag when they returned it to me. safe to say i will never be going there again and no one i know will either
