This location has terrible customer service! The wait time is always 5 minutes or more for my food and it’s cold. The frozen drink machine is never working. My family and I will not be supporting this location anymore, we suggest you all do the same. This isn’t FAST food, at all. More like long wait, warmed up, food.

So today I went on door dash to order burger King for me and my family. I got the family bundle with the 2 whoppers.. 2 original chicken sandwiches… 16 PC nuggets… 2 med fries…. 2 med drinks… and 2 Hersey pies for 30 bucks. For some reason when I went to personalize my sandwiches on door dash it wouldn’t let me, so I figured I would place the order and call them right away to tell them how I wanted the sandwiches because since I couldn’t do it on door dash they would at least pick up the phone at burger King knowing they do delivery orders through companies like Uber eats door dash and etc.. so I called them multiple times after I placed my order and no one was answering the phone. So I decided ok let me call the door dash delivery person and ask them to tell the manager I was trying to call them to let them know but since they wouldn’t pick up the phone my delivery person was going to show the text messages and tell them how I wanted my sandwiches. I get my food the delivery person said he told them how I wanted my sandwiches because I texted how I wanted them to the door dash delivery person and they said they fixed it and made them how I wanted them. Well they didn’t so I decide call the burger King that was close by as well and they said it’s the same manager but they can’t do anything about it. I asked them if they could have the manager call me since the other location doesn’t know how to answer there phone so I could talk to them and explain what happened. Well I was told I was going to get a phone call back needless to say that was hours ago and still no phone call back. How is a fast food restaurant going to have delivery options through other companies but don’t answer the business phone at the burger King that is advertising the delivery services they have and use. I think if a company is going to use any type of delivery services they should always make that business phone available to be called and answered by an employee or a manager. This is not very professional like at all. Bad for business and I will be trying to contact them until I get a manager to speak with me or even someone to answer the dam phone.

I don’t know but this stores ingredients sometimes are not fresh and look wilted. Sandwiches that are supposed to be crunchy are not and sometimes the food is cold instead of hot or even warm. They could use some improvement

The employees here have to be a little special. They don’t know how to pack sauces. The ice cream machine has been down for months apparently and their pies taste like they left them out and threw them back in the refrigerator for like a half an hour before sending them out to customers. My fries were cold some of them were too salty and some of them had no salt at all. My soda was flat and it has so much ice is that I basically was drinking Coke juice. Don’t get me started wit the deer ankles they selling as nuggets

They are the worst! I come here numerous of times and it’s always smoky in the restaurant, the staff and crew are very rude. I came tonight to get my daughter the five dollar deal with 3 whopper juniors, 3 small fries and 3 small sodas. I walked to this establishment and they are locked at 7:30 at night? Since when? I’ve called and wanted to speak to the manager but the manager deliberately hung up on me not once but twice! I wasn’t rude I was very polite. I feel that after this Is won’t be coming back here. It’s a Shane that they don’t let customers know when they are closing up early which is irresponsible and not right to let them public know. You can bet I won’t be spending my money here for awhile.
