It seems that the employees can’t multitask. In the drive thru..guy 2 cars ahead ordered $70 worth of food. Took 10 minutes to take the next cars order.. instead of asking that car to park and wait a few minutes, they let him wait at the window..holding every other car up . Pretty inadequate service. Kiosks we’re not in operation when I went there. But it seems these kiosks are more out of order than they are in order. I waited probably 15 minutes for my food. The food was good. But the workers do not look happy. You can tell that like all the other bk restaurants, that management is trying to run these franchises with a minimum amount of staff leading to high turn over of staff. Otherwise, ample parking. We’ll lit parking lot. Restaurant looked clean. If you don’t have time to buy nutritious food and have no time to cook then you can eat here if all the healthy food places are closed. Give this place a try if all healthy choices have been exhausted.

Ordered a Plain value menu cheeseburger. you managed to mess up plain! When I circle back around without leaving the parking lot I’m refused a replacement burger and am told I can’t return the incorrect item and that I would need to pay for a new burger.
