On Thursday 2/15, I went there after work around 7:30- there was no customers inside nor anyone in the drive thru line in front of me. I sat at the drive-thru window for a while, around 5 minutes. To get handed a cold burger and old overcooked fries. And old chicken nuggets. As someone that used to work at a BK, I am aware of the policies as far as keeping the food fresh in accordance to the food/ health safety regulations. There are more violations than I can count, not to mention the extreme untamed hair and facial hair that’s not in compliance as well. This place is absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend.

Nice (but very loud) staff and a nice interior. Food looked and felt like it was cooked yesterday, had guy walk all the way up to my table to tell me food was ready but wouldn’t deliver it. At least these people will greet you when you walk in and be quick to wait for you to order, but you’re probably better off going to McDonald’s or Taco Bell, even sonic if ur looking for onion rings or mozzarella sticks.

If I could rate lower, I would. From the moment I walked in this place was terrible. I placed my order in the app, and could instantly hear the workers at the counter very loudly complaining about my order and calling it disgusting because it was a custom order. The woman at the counter told me she had nothing to do with it, and that she “had yelled at them for it” (she hadn’t, I’ve been here the whole time). After I took my food and sat down, then I heard her have words with the employees, who complained about being reprimanded.

I just make breakfast stops on the way back from night work. I like there sandwiches on croissants..they given a much better taste. I like their tater tots. Just a better experience than at their rival. The coffee is ok, and the breakfast prices do not appear to have gone up very much. I also like their French toast sticks. But i usually get some of the syrup on my shirt . Which is not BK’s fault.

The people that work the window are always miserable with no greeting. No thank you just absolutely miserable and why put someone that hates people in charge of the window that deals with people? One young girl would not even look me in the eyes, she rolled her eyes in the head. Every time she had to ask me a question.
