Today we order the multiverse whooper, it was just perfect, and the kid that took our order, outstanding service. In this location they have kids with developmental disabilities, and I can’t understand why we didn’t think about this before, because they are simply amazing .

Our order took 20 minutes and came out cold. The soda machine was dirty and out of many options. The person making the food was visibly angry and loudly yelling at the manager. My kids were asking why they were fighting. My sandwich didn’t look or taste normal so I threw it away. My son ate his chicken nuggets and ended up with food poisoning. This was Friday night and I had to take him to the ER on Sunday because of this. I would not recommend coming here.

Everytime we come to this Burger King my family and I. We have to wait 5-10 minutes just to order through the speaker. Then when we get to the window we are constantly told to pull to the side to a parking space to wait another 15-20 minutes for our food, then we get attitude when we ask why it’s constant, is this not fast food? They need better service, more staff !!!

Do not order from here an hour before they close because they will NOT make your order and hide from the customers as if there is no one in the building. Ordered through the app and when arrived to the location no one answered the mic and when we went to the front to see if the doors are open (which wasn’t) we saw someone there and when they noticed us they hid from us. Now we have to dispute our order that BK already took payment for. Disappointing and wasted our time. Note: this happened on March 18, 2023 at 10:12pm in Burger King on Route 34 in Matawan.

DONT EAT HERE!! Quite possibly the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried this place a few times over the years and it just gets worse and worse. The last time I just left after I paid because the cashier told me me to pull up and wait, even though there wasn’t anyone in front or behind me. After watching them do nothing for 10 mins I decided to just leave because it didn’t look sanitary.

Random red ants and cockroaches crowded the floors like THEY wanted to “eat like a king who’s on a budget.” Now, i’ve only had burger king once before, and it was somewhere else. This place is a whole disappointment. I did not feel like a king — in fact, with the way everyone was yelling at each other, i felt like a peasant scouring the streets for a crumb of food. Will not come back. Bottom of the pyramid!! #mcdonaldsisbetter

Can’t call this place a fast food joint. You’ll wait 20 minutes here with only 2 cars in line. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the staff here is very nice. Just need to speed things up. Quality of food here is also typically lacking compared to other Burger Kings I’ve been to. Consistency is not delivered.
