Went thru the drive thru. There was one truck ahead of me. The lighted menus are a mess with some lights out. There are down branches along The drive. Overgrown bushes just past the drive thru window.

Service is terrible. The drive through workers are rude and don’t care about the customer. Overheard them saying rude things when they thought the drive-thru mic was off. Takes at least 10-15 minutes to actually get your order. Food doesn’t taste as good as other burger kings nearby, quality isn’t there. Fries are soggy and not salted. They drench the sandwiches in mayonnaise. The meat is pathetic, never cooked properly. Sometimes it’s like eating a rubber boot. I recommend avoiding this place and going to one of the many other fast food places in town.

Ate the impossible whopper and it was pretty good. The issue with this place is I walk in wait at counter took the guy 20 minutes to take my order. And then it took another 20 for me to get 2 burgers. The guy ignored us until he finally asked for our order. He was nice but 40 minutes for 2 burgers at a fast food place is crazy. Only one person working the window and front.

Really bad experience. I order a fish sandwich meal. I had to wait for the fish to be prepared. I had no problem with that. They are always better made fresh. However when the young man brought my bag out to my car there was some type of slime on the outside of it. I open the fish sandwich and it was saturated with mayonnaise it wasn’t even tartar sauce. The sandwich was so sloppy I couldn’t even eat it. I thought about going inside to get another one. But instead I will send the video that I took to a corporate location to make sure this doesn’t happen ever again. So not happy I threw hard earned money away.

This Burger King was one of the biggest clown conventions I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of fast food restaurants. It took at least 5 minutes of us waiting for someone to take our order, and their excuse was that “they didn’t see us.” In addition, they messed up the order quite a bit. No chicken nuggets, the double cheeseburgers were single, and the mozzarella sticks were so overcooked they were barely edible, and the cheese melted out of the sticks. The onion rings were also overcooked. I hope this Burger King becomes more fast and accurate, I’m not coming back there, and I highly recommend you don’t deal with the same issues.

I came here with my family and order 4 meals that’s toke longer then it should have. And when I asked for sauce for the 4 of us i got one of each, my wife went and ask and got an attitude for asking for more sauce.. they need a new manager and some one that knows how to actually talk to ppl….

I have visited this location 3 times in the last 6 months thinking that it must have been an unusual occurence that I had to wait so long in the drive-through that I drove away without ordering. But THREE times over a 6-month period! This last time was 3pm, not even a busy meal time. Hardly anyone was there. That’s it!! I’m done! They won’t be getting a 4th chance by me! Too bad. I always them!

Awful got stuck in drive thru lane for 8 minutes. They have a ling blocked off lane so you cannot pull out of leave. The line didnt move each car took 3 minutes to order. When I got to order there was no one talking I waited sometime and had to say is anyone there? For the teller to just me just give me another minute. Got food and chicken strips were burnt like left in fryer for triple the time or just reput back in fryer after cooked to reheat. Idk either way was almost black.

the manager literally takes smoke breaks every 10 minutes, the floors were sticky, there was water spilled before i came in and wasnt cleaned by the time i left 30 minutes later.
