I think this Burger King is under new management. I came here a few months ago and the service was slow, the food was cold and the workers always seemed preoccupied. Today, my burger was hot, the server was polite and I was in and out in about 2 minutes. I ordered my fries with no salt in it. The employee who took the order was nice and I believe she understood what I requested. After a while I was handed over my food in a tray as it was “for here” order! Unfortunately, they didn’t pay attention on my order and they gave me fries with full of salt! ! It sometimes happens in a busy restaurant but I was the only person in the restaurant and staff were not busy! Still they failed to follow my order! That was frustrating and waste of my money, food and time!!

My hubby purchased a large order of food so he could take some to work, including an 8 pc. Chicken nuggets for me. I ate 4 nuggets, and the next one in the bag had a bite taken out of it. All the food went into the trash after I threw up. Filthy people working there. Never again. Don’t get anything from there, people!! I tried calling them, and the number says, “Not in service.” Disgusting!!

People at the drive thru window were rude.. didn’t acknowledge us when we pulled up to window.. had his back turned to us holding out the card reader while taking someone else’s order. (Customer in front of your face comes before the customer next in line.. it’s customer service 101) … the girl who handed us straws and sauce immediately turned her back to us to chat with a coworker rather than do her job… asked her several times if we were good to go but she just ignored us so we left. whopper is nasty.. lukewarm at best.. half a gallon of mayo on one burger.. cold cheese, wilted brown lettuce.. fries are cold and hard as a rock. You shouldn’t expect tooo much from fast food restaurants but this is unacceptable.

WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!!! Don’t go here they are rude. They have the drive thur open and it also states online that drive thur is open until 12am aswell as dine in i believe until 9pm. The workers tell you they can’t take order because is only door dash and online orders. I will not give burger my business and I will make sure to call cooperate to let them know. I will also warn people about the ignorant rude workers.

Food was good. Took forever to get the food at the drive thru. It was 4 pm on a Saturday. Didn’t get a receipt so I could fill out the survey so I could get a Whopper.
