They served me reheated previously made for other customer sandwich, couple of months back I was served bits and pieces of stale fries from this same location. Both these orders were drive through and I will not be returning to this location due to being served stale food twice. Do better BK!

First off the drive thru guy couldn’t care less about the job. Asked me if the order looked right on the screen, I told him no then he tells me well it will be. Then it wasn’t so I had to re-ask for onion rings. He overcharged me so I assume he pockets that extra from the register. The chicken in the sandwich didn’t have any meat, it was all cartilage and couldn’t be chewed. Then 5 attempts to call and no answer. The place is a joke.

On Thursday I placed an order for the value pack with the 3 whoppers add cheese 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries and added 2 Hershey pies and a coke. This was the most discusted I’ve ever been with a food order. Once I got to my destinaton. I noticed that my order was completely wrong. I was given 4 Jr whoppers no cheese 2 small fries chicken fingers no pies. When I called I was hung up on twice and never got a chance to speak to anyone. I tried go back to the store but they where closed by the time I was able to make it. I’ve been calling and calling and calling but no answer. But then soon as I do finally get to address it I’ll probably be told I should have came back or brought the food back it’s been almost 2 days. Because I have health issues that hinder my mobility.
