Just went in and the woman working there she had glasses was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was saying people were harassing her and being rude to a man that asked for ketchup. While ordering my food she had an attitude because I asked for a meal. The Person who I assume may have been a manager or lead told her it’s okay and gave her a hug. She said it wasn’t because they were short staffed but because the man who asked for ketchup was rude. This is a service station. It’s a place to stop off while on a long road trip. If you cannot deal with customers you should not work in a place like this. I really hope management does something but I doubt it. Definitely hope I never have to stop there again.

Last night I was there and I saw a lady giving your staff member a hard time. We paid on the kiosks and she only had cash. She screamed at him because the computer prompted us to be served first. He was extremely patient dispute being harrased. Your staff was very friendly to us and did not deserve this. Thanks for the great service. This staff members name was Xavier. He was excellent!

I went to this Burger King I showed them a coupon that I can be able to use and they did not honor my coupon. This is the only Burger King store that does not honor your coupon for some reason they just don’t accept it. The company should fire the manager of the store this is not a personal business this is part of a large Company by Burger King any coupons should be on earth no matter what if it’s coming from the company it should be honored.

Very rude. I simply asked for some ketchup, she gave me 2 packets so I asked nicely for 2 more. She says “ugh people are so greedy” and hands me a mountain of ketchup packets. Not really sure why ketchup bothered her so much

A huge cluster…fill in the blank. One side of the drive through was being taken care of so the 5 people behind me were done before I even ordered. Order was completely wrong and food was cold. 1 hr wait in the drive through…don’t waste your time.

One of the workers wasn’t wearing a mask. This same worker walks up to a soft serve ice cream machine in plain sight dispenses her self ice-cream walks to the back. Didn’t wash her hands once after or put her mask back on. I feel bad for anyone who goes in there and orders ice-cream. Would’ve given my food back if she went near it and told them to remake it. Every other worker was polite and descent at the job. Especially the guy expediting and taking orders, he gets 5 stars.

Worst service ever: rude, terrible system, unorganized, fries being thrown at you, barely took our order, no deals like we have in mass. Unsatisfactory meal and the BBQ sauce tasted like Maple freaking Syrup. Get your Meal at Sabaro if you stop at the Forked River Service Area. I know this is just a BK but it is the worst BK I’ve ever been too.
