This BK is absolutely horrible. The manager was on a personal phone call at the counter when I got there and didn’t help me. Then when I asked for a BBQ sauce with my meal she said sorry we charge for those…YOU CHARGE FOR ONE SINGLE PACKET OF BBQ SAUCE WITH AN ORDER? That cannot be real. If it is, just wow. It’s my own fault, I’ve given this place too many chances. Never again.

I completely understand that they just opened & trying to get in a rhythm. However, I went two nights in a row, and I was the only car in the drive through (both times). No one would answer me BOTH nights. On 1/11 I was in the second lane, and the first lane had 3 cars sitting there.. we all sat there about 10 minutes and no one answered us. Tonight (1/12), I was the only one there & no one would answer me again (I tried the first drive through lane thinking it would be different than yesterday). This Burger King has lost my business for good. I’m attaching a picture of my dumb self sitting at the front of the drive through right next to the speaker box. Very disappointing.

I thought Buger Kings slogan was “have it your way”!!! I pull into the drive thru and asked for a bacon cheeseburger with well done bacon and the girl says “we cook our bacon in the morning” so I said that’s fine but I’d like my bacon well done, ” she responds “uhhhh, I’ll have to check, maybe we can warm it up”…seriously?! Everytime I come to this location something is wrong with my order. Soda is out of syrup, burger is burnt, fries have no salt. It’s always something. I understand it’s fast food, but there should be a minimum quality standard. I love burger king, but I won’t order from this location again.

Every time I go to this Burger King, they always forget something. Not to mention the fact that several visits ago I had gotten a bacon Burger and when I got home the bacon on The family meal from the coupon was burnt to a black crisp. Not just one Burger but all 3 of them! I don’t understand what is going on with people today. I’m 56 years old when I was 16 I worked at the McDonald’s on route 37 close to the Route 9 light. We all had such pride in our jobs even though we were slinging burgers.

This has to be the worst run Burger King I’ve ever been to or even heard of. Two separate times I’ve paid for a double whopper and received a single whopper and didn’t notice until I got home and unwrapped my sandwich. One time my sandwich had two patties on it that were completely burnt black and hard. I actually contacted corporate and they did send me a $10 coupon to make up for it but three strikes and you’re out. This is a Burger King that cannot correctly make a cheeseburger

The service was very poor, employee started to take order. An in the middle of the order calls for another employee to finish taking my order. So the other employee asked why an the employee said cus she didn’t feel like it. The food was cold an u had another employee just whining how she got burned an it was loud an she acted like she was high. You all need to screen your employees a little better.
