My children were bummed that the Play Place wasn’t reopened, it is still blocked with caution tape. However, they enjoyed their Kid’s Meals and the Sonic toys that were inside. They had a lot of fun with those. I had a great time with my kiddos, which is what it’s really about.

Takeout for dinner was great tonight. Cashier was kind and helpful. Our food was hot and fresh. The cook even took the time out to fry my chicken sandwich longer which was amazing. Thanks Burger King Chester!

Store lights were out yet facility drive through was open. Store appeared to be out of everything ordered despite it not being too late at night. Took 20+ minutes just to be able to place the order as the line took forever to move because of no products. And ordered a regular coke and was given vanilla cokes without being informed that it was being done.

Dining room closed at 847pm!!?? , sign says 10pm, I was staying at the hotel behind Burger king , my truck is to big to fit threw drive thru. And they won’t take the order thru the window , MANAGER SAYS SORRY I CANT SERVE YOU . Enough said .

I work for Burger King many years ago this location does not care about its customers the food quality is poor breakfast lunch or dinner they don’t have enough currency to cash a $50 bill which is ridiculous if you’re not willing to take American currency then why are you even in business the breakfast food is often cold and been sitting there for hours when I’ve had lunch or dinner they’re Baking King the bacon is stale you only get about two pieces out of a sandwich which has six slices of bacon one slice of cheese and the bread is old the meat is old. This location of the several I’ve been to in my lifetime is one of the worst and I would not recommend anyone dining ordering or eating at this establishment honestly I think they should just shut the restaurant down or fire everyone that works here either rehire staff or just put another store and where I’ll company will actually care for their customers this location is just terrible saved your money

This is a more recent review for today 6/12/2022. The ladies that worked today around 3pm really held it down!!!!!!! They asked for us to come in to place our order because they ONLY had two people working!!!! The did a great job and should be given a raise or promoted!!!!

OK so normally I love Burger King but today was just a different experience the store smelled like old Grease and just a lack of sanitation and personal hygiene. The employees do not wear gloves at any occasion, and they tend to give their opinion a little to heavily for my liking that I do not see myself returning any time soon. I do not feel welcomed at the restaurant ever even tho I come in respectfully with an intention on getting food.

Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes, three other people around me left because it was taking so long. Finally got to the speaker and the dude told me the people in front of me ordered a lot of stuff, they only have 2 people working, and it was going to take another 10 to 15 minutes. I left…By reading the other reciews seems like a problem that nobody wants to fix. I see a new manager in there every three weeks. Time to fire another one and hire some responsible people who actually show up to work without an attitude. I work in Chester. I will never go to this establishment again. I do like BK but this one is the worst, BY FAR.
