Came at around midnight the worker seen us and went about his business not saying a word of acknowledgement, when he finally got around to taking our order after waiting for like 10 to 15 minutes, we had to repeat the order 5 or 6 times before he understood, he was not friendly at all and actually seemed annoyed that we were irdering food. Then finally when we got our order it was barely warm and definitely tasted old. Not sure if I will return but if I do it wont be at night.

After 9-10PM, the service becomes trash and so does the food. They almost never have chocolate chip cookies so they take a very long time to make, more than once I’ve been told the cookies are in the bag and they aren’t.. last time I called out the server and was offered a Hershey pie instead.. it’s pretty much the same with onion rings and it’s not that they don’t have any of this stocked, it’s just not being prepared. Unbelievably rude customer service, I had my bagged order of food tossed to the counter when I came to pick-up. The burgers are disgustingly slapped together, gigantic wedges of lettuce, way too many pickles and the sauces poured off the side of the bun making sure that the wrapper is coated.

Worst customer service ever. & you know what really grinds my gears….. the fact that they charge .25 cents for sauce. They only give 1 sauce packet for chicken nuggets. So if you get onion rings you have to pay .25 cents for ranch. Ridiculous! But you can go to any other Burger King and they don’t charge for sauce. Boycott this Burger King because clearly the reviews are accurate. Food was subpar and I watched the guy replace dirty soda lids that were sitting on the counter, touched the dirty lid with a dirty glove and put it back with the rest of the “clean” lids. Disgusting and gross.

First of all, I have only ordered breakfast from this location and hopefully my review get reported to Burger King Quality Control (QC) team. My last three breakfast orders have never put into the preparation until I show up at the counter. (And there were absolute no apologies and their face expression tells me I prepare your breakfast, when I want to do so.) So, what is the point of placing the orders thru Burger King app in advance, when the employees had never paid their attention to their online orders in the morning. Especially my order in this morning was not hot at all, but my French Toast Fries seemed not fried, but put it in the microwave with my breakfast sandwich and served. My impression on the employees were I never needed the training, because I am the owner. I put only one star, but frankly they do not deserve not even 1/4 star for the breakfast they serve. Once again, hopefully Burger King QC team get involve in near future and push the franchisee to improve their service, otherwise they will lose their franchisee license.

Nice place, no place to sit, must be take out. After you order, you pay at different counter, then go back to pick up food. 2 stars were given because food was not hot. My fries were warm at best, but obviously they had been sitting under warming lamp. I complained to burger king, was suppose to get some sort of credit and got nothing.

This deserves a negative star. Whoever decided to link this burger King with this gas mart should be fired. BK should be independent. You can’t use a gift card here and an extra step with paying. Just bad only the locals know how this work.

I ordered so many times and they keep forget something. Like soda or fries or I ordered double whopper and they gave me just whopper. One time they even missing the burgers
