Hear how it goes…you enter, no one at the cash register, so u decide to order with the self help machine, having issues, so u go to the register, no help, then when help comes, you go to the front to pay…if help comes, cause boss man uses the front as a desk to do paperwork…doesn’t he have an office? My aunt who is legally blind visits this place twice a week without incident. Today, she gave me a call and was extremely upset. Turns out, a worker yelled at her for not being able to see the board and requested assistance with filling her soda choice. The worker yelled to get her own drink and was stating if she could read the menu board. Wtf… a disabled individual is asking for assistance and is treated this way? I am close to calling the manager and tearing them a new one but I will just let folks know. This place is no good if you are expecting any sense of service.

The girls that work in Burger King are extremely rude. Service is bad- FOOD IS BAD. I ordered a crispy chicken burger that’s it. She TOOK 15 minutes to give me a burger with only a chicken buns and 2 and a half pickle in it with one little squirt of sauce. . Another issue too… the lady that calls the number on your receipt- snatched my receipt and I kept asking her if my number was ready- she said nothing and just handed me my burger. I’ve been here a few times. There’s always some form of a problem. Whether it’s “I have to close for 40 minutes. If you order I won’t make it’ today.. To the soda machine not working. Or one time the guy behind the counter couldn’t possibly comprehend that the order he watched me place and pay for with the kiosk was no good. Wanted to charge me twice because he couldn’t figure out the computer. To eventually have another employee figure it out. The guy was a real piece of work. Fighting with me over a Whopper? Get real bro. Apology? Nope. It sucks that this location is close. Absolute disappointment.
