This was the worst experience I have had at a BK. the staff was rude and inattentive. I said excuse me 3 times to an employee who finally responded with “what.” People standing online were ignored by employees just walking around. I placed my order online at 12:27 pm and showed up at 12:40 and it was not ready. I did not receive my food till after 1 pm. the stuff that was ready first was cold as it sat in the bag on the counter, yes I saw it. I only received 8 out of my 16 nuggets, I did not receive my spicy crispy chicken sandwich, and the customizations that I paid for I did not get. Unfortunately, the lunch break I had, was already over by the time I got back since it took them so long I could not go back to get the order corrected so I am just out the money and the points I used. I contacted corporate and received no response.

Drive thru staff is so nasty and rude. I asked for a burger with stacker sauce and the lady was trying to tell me what came on it and I’m like ok I want stacker sauce on it. She legit started arguing with me talking over me over what I wanted on my burger. The other lady doesn’t even speak English but was on the mic confused for like 5 minutes. I ended up driving off once it got heated because I wasn’t about to violate her life I wanted food.

Was there today drive thru is the worst! Firstly they weren’t hearing my order clearly other than that my entire meal was stale fries stale the sandwiches was so cold and stiff…I’m sorry but I don’t not recommend…please take matters into consideration
