My children and I were in the restaurant and it has very bad customer service. We waited more than 35 minutes for the food. It did not have ketchup, napkins, even the whole place was full of garbage and dirty, the bathrooms were out of order and the employees were all in the kitchen. except for a girl who was the only one who cared about serving customers. All of that happened June 6 2023 around 6:15 pm.

This is the worst and ghetto Burger King I have ever been in , in my life. They were hanging out cursing while the line was getting longer. They were very unprofessional The whole crew needs to be fired . A young man came into minutes early and asked for a cup for a drink before he clocked in and they made him start. The youndman probably wanted a drink and relax a little before starting the ghetto shift . Smdh now that a place that should be on undercover boss. I waited for a grubhub order for 30 minutes smmfh.

This is the ultimate Burger king! I found myself at this Burger King one night recently, and I was impressed by the overall satisfaction of the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and the food. With no other options in the area for food, and Burger King being my favorite place, I went inside expecting a regular transaction. What I found was very helpful staff very friendly staff very delicious fresh burgers and the place was immaculate! My friend’s Burger was made incorrectly the first time, but they fixed that immediately because Burger King really does let you have it your way right away! I left with a crown and a smile on my face, not to mention a full belly. Did I mention the food was fresh fresh! I enjoyed myself far beyond my expectations and I don’t know what it is about this Burger King that I love so much but I definitely recommend it! They were open late and had walk-in service plenty of seating and they had the drive-thru open. Very professional, I definitely recommend this spot.

I give this establishment 3/4 stars mostly clean but sometimes i find myself wiping a table to sit at. music a little loud that plays at this location. Drive thru can be a little slow where they have you pull ahead while they take other customers order. The other issue with drive thru is that you can find yourself with a sandwich that’s been sitting out or even the wrong sandwich or meal. I believe that’s done to drive thru customers because they realize the issue when you’ve reached your destination. ***update*** Came in this morning the sandwich is good but the hash brown is Very Hard***** so I went from 3 stars to 2 stars SMH.
