Sick and tired of getting inedible food from Bohemia,NY BK. Completely inedible disgusting food, terrible service. There was no meat in my chicken sandwich, the coating was separated. They always ask me to pull to a spot as soon as I get to the window. Then at least one thing, but usually half my order is missing. I live 2 miles away yet all of my food is ice cold. Ronkonkoma,NY is further away yet I never have any negative experiences w service or food quality. No matter how many managers I complain to, it just gets worse. Get better help and serve fresh food. Don’t make me park to bring me cold food so your drive thru service numbers look better than they are. You’re the worst in the business!!!! Hands down worst

Between the dried out croissant, dry sausage and paper thin egg I was literally the only customer in the drive thru and the lady hands me my bag and tells me I gotta move and then makes a kissing sound at me as she’s ushering me away from the window. Do yourself a favor and wait the extra couple minutes and go down the road to mcdonalds

ICE COLD burger and ICE COLD fries. I’ve been to this location multiple times because of convenience. But every time either the food is gross or they mess it up. I definitely will not be going back. They don’t care what they are tossing out the drive they window. It doesn’t matter if they are busy or not. Stay away from this location. It’s not worth it.

I walked inside the restaurant and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich (with only lettuce and bacon) and chicken fries with BBQ sauce packets. When I was opening the bag I saw that they put all the toppings on the sandwich, forgot the BBQ sauce packets and didn’t give me the receipt. The cashier was also kind of rude when she asked if I wanted sauce. Find another place.
