Rude supervisor. I placed an order on the app and drove a town over just to get a whopper meal from burger King. When I get there the staff told me the app is not working. I asked to speak to the supervisor. When the supervisor showed up she acted as if I’m she didn’t have time to speak to me. She had an attitude and said you need to email Burger King directly. I said I did email them. She said with an I don’t care attitude “well I can’t help you or give you your food” and walked away.

This location is garbage. First they handed us the wrong order while at the drive thru. After digging through it while the 2 overpaid kids watch me dig through the bag they opened the window, asked for the bag back and handed us another bag. We watched the kids had the bag I went digging through to the people behind us. What we ordered was an 8 piece nugget, chicken Jr, 1large onion ring and a ghost pepper meal with a large onion ring. Upon opening the bag the nuggets were not in there so I went in to get them. No big deal. When home taking the food out of the bag the chicken sandwich was laying on the bottom of the bag out of it’s wrapper. One of the onion rings was a big ball of dough with just a few edible rings in it. The ghost pepper whopper was missing the fried peppers! That’s the whole point of the sandwich. Where was the sauce? There wasn’t any of that either. Enjoy the higher minimum wage! Can’t wait for automated fast food places

If I also could give this location a zero star I would after today’s interaction . I waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 mins , then I ordered 2 meals and the guy taking the orders said 25.00 . After finally getting to the window I asked how it could be that amount when it didn’t show how any of what I ordered on the menu could be that much total . The man began to get nasty and say a totally different amount for the itemsi ordered and then said well you know there is taxes in the state of new York . Im not sorry I said what I said to him. Never again . What a shame
