Ordered take out and dined in at this location several times over the years. Sometimes they have the 2 for $6 specials don’t know if they still do this?. Trying their chicken sandwich and or whoppers they was okay. Sometimes though after placing drive thru orders we had to wait for someone to bring it out a bit annoying sometimes over 10+minutes. A lot has changed over the years food quality is not what it used to be back in the day costing a lot more for smaller sized portions.

When a promotion starts, you should have the stuff for the promotion throughout the whole duration of the promotion. Their food is always under cooked most of the staff is rude and they have miserable demeanor. As exampled by Dale a staff member quite clearly is done. His customer service attitude is highly poor. He is aggressive and doesn’t really want his job. They need to hire new staff with appropriate customers service etiquette. The sad part when I worked for at this location they had a sense of pride in their job. I will not be going back to this location.

But I’m going to be honest with you this Burger King in New Windsor NY is absolutely Horrible ! Poor Customer Service , the place is absolutely empty and they make you drive around and wait for your food to then mess up your order have to go inside and they still mess up your order !!! Did the owner of this location give up ? Why is he or she not protecting there investment and why is Burger King Corporate not responding to the plethora of complaints about this location . The manager of this Burger King should be ashamed and if you are new please seek better training and listen to the customers . Granted not everyone is right , But really Burger King get it together!!!
