The lines for the 2 self service machines were so long! Using the machines takes longer than talking to a person. The wait for the food& drinks was a little over 10 minutes. It would have been longer, but once I started taking pictures more employees started working instead standing idly by while one person did all the work. Also they paid no attention to the drinks that customers ordered with their meals- we all had to ask for them. Finally though all staff were wearing gloves, they were still touching their faces, clothes etc with their gloved hands and then touching the food. The whole system here at this rest stop Burger King is a mess. – food was barely warm as well, including cold onion rings.

If a business was run solely by mouth breathers, this would be it. Nearly 10 minutes for my food, which I’d be fine with, but the lack of customers indicated the turnaround should be a little bit quicker.

Where can I start, This place ruined my whole day by me waiting over an hour for my food. And when I finally got it everything was cold and gross. They have like 4 people working the whole thing and we had to ask for our drink even though we ordered it on the kiosk. And that whole process took another 15 minutes.Everyone in the place was getting their chick fil a so I’ll remember to go there next time. And this place is just a terrible place and experience.

At 9:50am, they had the breakfast and lunch menu up. When I got to the front, I ordered a croissant sandwich meal with bacon, sausage, and ham with an oj. I was told they aren’t serving breakfast anymore. I was then told, if I wanted to wait 6 minutes, they’d make my order. I was offered a bottle of water or soda in place of the oj, I waited 10 minutes, per my phone, and was handed a bag. I was in a rush so I took the bag and left. When I got to my destination and opened the bag, and to my surprise was a double whopper with cheese and bacon and fries. To make it worse, I was charged $18.35 and never received my egg sandwich, or my hashbrowns, or my orange juice. This place should be shut down and the owner should spend time in jail. Many horrible reviews.
