We visited on a Friday evening, hoping for a quick bite, but we ended up waiting a whopping 25 minutes just to place our order! It was evident that this place was understaffed and disorganized. The cashier served multiple people at once, then disappeared for several minutes, repeating this pattern until it was finally our turn. However, once we placed our order, the food arrived surprisingly quickly, within just two minutes.

My stars don’t add up and that’s ok. let’s be honest, you don’t go to BK for the ambience. That being said, this location is nearly always busier and friendlier than the other fastfood places in the general area. If you have a BK craving, go here. Actually, given the last experiences with the other two nearby burger places this would be my only suggestion.

This Burger King appears to be very under staffed. I was the only person waiting at the register to place my order. There were about 5 people waiting for their orders to be served to them. I waited about 4 minutes to be waited on. The staff were busy filling offers for the drive thru. I ordered the chicken sandwich. Again, after a longer than expected amount of time to be served your food at a “fast food” restaurant, I sat and took a bite of the sandwich. To my disgust, the chicken was raw on the inside. I brought it to the counter, and after a long wait, I showed it to the staff who took my order. They offered to have another one made for me. I took the healthier option of asking for a full refund. No apology was offered.

I went to order a spicy chicken fries meal and I got normal chicken fries, I got a 8pc nugget, and the 2 for 7 entree but got charged 9.98 and when I asked why didn’t I get charged the price of 2 for 7 the cashier said I didn’t say that when I did and she responded ok when I said the 2 for 7 and I didn’t even get the sauce for the chicken fries and nuggets, she greeted me in a annoyed matter as well and when I saw they making the fries they didn’t shake the basket because when they dumped the fries into where they dump them they were all stuck together in a block. Very disappointed with this experience. I went here again on the 10th and the same cashier Kharysma was the same as last time, no motivation and looked very annoyed to take my my order again and her attitude was very poor.
