Did a mobile order at 7:01pm, sat in the drive thru for 10 mins, they took everyone’s order in front of me and when I got to the speaker the girl said their system crashed, I said I had a mobile order though, she said well since our system crashed we can’t fill it and you can request for a refund on the app….since I already placed the order and paid they should have filled the order. Now I have no food and have to wait 5-10 business days for a refund…..
