This is the only burger king in the area that “doesn’t have” a 16 piece nugget. All the others do and it’s listed online on the menu as well. Also the last time I went there, half of the large fry was onion rings and we were 2 nuggets short. My kids don’t like onion rings so that was a waste and I paid for 16 nuggets and only got 14

Ordered on the app, at 2045. Got to the store at 2050. Drive Thru was blocked off by the food delivery truck and the dining room was locked. Unfortunately couldn’t cancel the mobile order either. Had to wait til 2105 to finally get my food. I get it, taking orders while getting truck is annoying but it’s part of the job.

Absolutely horrible, i dont have an issue with any other burger king except this one. No one covering front counter just worrying about drive thru orders. I had put in a mobile order before arriving and STILL had to wait 20 minutes to get my food and was ice cold. Onion rings, rodeo burgers, and chicken nuggets tasted like they were an hour old. And then have the audacity to tell people at the front they need to wait until they clear the drive thru line. Worst customer service i have ever seen, would give 0 stars if i could.

Can i leave less than 1 star? Stopped last week. Ordered Whopper meal No Pickles. Large. Got home. No fries in the bag and a Bun with 2 patties and a squirt of Mustard. Thinking they must have just gave me wrong order. I tried again today. Same order with a large onion ring. Check the bag. No Fries. No Onion Rings. Glances at Whopper and saw lettus so Assumed it was correct. Went back through drive through. After a debate I got my fries and onion rings.. Get home. Sanswich consisted of a cold Burger Patry. This Location is ridiculous! Half the time I go, dining room is closed and they claim the person working dining area didn’t show up. When dining room is open they refuse to take credit yet I can go through drive thru with a credit card but can’t use inside which makes no sense. Last time I went, dining room was closed again, drive thru is open but has a sign that speaker is frozen and to speak loudly when ordering. I practically had to yell my order into speaker and they still couldn’t hear. I get that it’s challenging to have reliable employees in the fast food business but I never encounter these issues anywhere else but here.

My wife and I decided to go inside due to the drive thru line being at least 6 cars backed up. We stood at the front counter for 5 minutes, not 1 employee even acknowledged us, they were running around making sure the drive thru was taking care of. When my wife said “excuse me is there anyone working the front counter”? The manager very RUDELY and with an attitude said yeah hold on a minute. The kid who took our order was EXTREMELY nice. I guess it’s your call if you go there. The food was good and hot. But the attitude of the manager is what ruined our whole visit. We probably should of just went through the drive thru.

I’ve never had a good experience at this BK. First of all the mobile app doesn’t work here. I got mushy fries and bitter soda yesterday and they were entirely out of chicken for their chicken sandwich. I understand fast food isn’t glamorous, but this place is the bottom of the barrel. The owners of this franchise should be embarrassed to even have their name associated with this “restaurant.”
