Never had any real issues here, other than the occasional tiny mistake. And I’m absolutely obsessed with the Spicy Deluxe chicken Sandwich. Handbreaded, huge, and a flavor to die for. I don’t usually do this but I got exceptional service from the shift manager Josh. I ordered the whopper meal and it was good but it was the service that blew me away. I went with my 90 year old grandmother because she loves the whopper and unfortunately the drive through was closed. Josh saw my grandmother and helped her inside so she could place her order. He was very attentive and caring for our needs. I can’t say enough about the people at this place if you see Josh please thank him again for me!

There was a fairly long line in the drive thru, but it went at a decent speed. Our order was hot and fresh. And even though I forgot to ask for a cup of ice, they gave it to me at the window with no issue, and for free. The person on the headset and the person at the window were both very polite and courteous. They might have even been the same person lol but regardless, it was a pleasant change from rude workers at other fast food establishments.
