Awesome service and tasty food! We went because every burger king in FL where we live is awful! After seeing a review posted last night we decided to try for a late night snack! Glad we did! The person who I am assuming is a manager is really disrespectful towards her staff and is extremely unprofessional was cussing out her stuff last night and she was yelling so loud you can hear her across from the restaurant. She keeps dropping f-bombs and is extremely unprofessional. I did not get the manager’s name because either she was not wearing a name tag or the way she had her hair made it look like she was intentionally covering it up. Also when I went to order my meal I ordered the two for 12 impossible Whopper meal, I ordered ketchup and cheese on my burger. Upon receiving my burger I did not have cheese on my burger thinking it was an honest mistake I brought it back up to the counter to have them fix it the manager or the person I am assuming to be the manager gave me an attitude and it’s the same person that was cussing out her staff. I think its a bit rediculas to sit there as a customer and deal with that level of rudness! I hope her staff reports her for harassment.
