Staff was miserable. Saw one on her phone while making burgers and another eating fries straight from where they are kept before served. Waited 15-20 minutes for my order. Next day rolls around and I have food poisoning…big suprise. Based on other reviews I’m shocked this place is still open.

Love that they have an order kiosk, however, the wait at this location is very long. After we received our food, most of the burgers were not modified to the way I ordered. I said no pickles on one burger and it had pickles. I said no onions on another burger, and it had onions. Very disappointing.

Workers definitely aren’t wanting to be there. I got one sandwich and I swear something was off the pickles even tasted very old and weird like a rubber rather than crispy…fast forward three hours later and stomach feels terrible. I haven’t been out to the galleria in years and I’m disgusted…..the place is nasty dirty and overall horrible experience with trashy people.

Employees have absolutely no clue what to do. waited 15 minutes (nobody in front) for my whopper and chicken fries. The one was eating a cookie not doing anything. Once I received them I gave them a little nudge about the service being slow. She replied with attitude “You got your food”. I would recommend visiting this for the train wreck it is.
