Employee 55130 In drive through should not be handling customer orders. It is abundantly evident that they don’t want to work and their attitude toward customers is ATROCIOUS! I used their employee number instead of name out of respect which they couldn’t be bothered to show us.

Very slow workers on brake for lunch took over 45 min to get my order. One person came in and told the lady that some of the order was not in the bag, was told to reorder and pay for what was missing. She walked out 1 other person walked out because was waiting and no one at the front desk.

Waited 15 minutes to have my order taken. It wasn’t the employee’s fault they were extremely busy getting stuff done. Sure looks like they could’ve used an extra hand there. 3 or 4 people doing the work of 6 or 7.

I bought a whole meal and was very dehydrated, Needed some water, I asked for a large cup and they wanted to charging me $3 just for the paper cup. I was expecting to maybe even pay a dollar but three dollars for a paper cup. Honestly, it’s ridiculous. The water is free, but the paper cup is three dollars.

Where do I start. I go to this location to pick up my delivery pickup its usually okay. But instead of these ghetto employee are always slow and how can they supposedly close 1 hour before and get a delivery pickup request that time when they close at 1:30.

I enter the restaurant this morning and noticed many of the employees not wearing masks and/or in a proper manner. Most were wearing them with their masks tucked under their noses, some were wearing them under their chin and some were not wearing them at all. Then I entered and asked the person by the counter if we had to wear mask on the restaurant. With his mask tucked under his nose, he answered affirmatively and mmentioned there were signs all over the building. I couldn’t understand why employees weren’t wearing them.
