Ordered at drive thru. 1st thing I tell them is I have a coupon. The order taker asked me to repeat myself so I tell her again that I have coupon. I wasn’t asked any other questions just took my order. Pulled up to the window and hand over my coupon. A short Latino woman with a bad dye job asked if I told the order taker I had a coupon, I told her I had. She starts asking the employee if I had told her and they say I hadn’t. The manager starts yelling at me about how I need to tell them and give them the coupon number when I order. I tell her again I told the order taker twice. I ask if they’re going to get me my food. The manager just continues to scold me. I tell her to give me the coupon back and I leave without food. Mistakes will be made but that manager needs some retraining on her customer service skills. My wife doesn’t talk to me like that, I don’t expect a stranger to either. This was on 7/13/2023 about 12:15 pm.

I’m so glad they have an impossible burger here. That’s all I wanted, an impossible Burger meal. But I guess you’re supposed to tell them about having the Burger King app before you order and even though I said it like four times they still put mayonnaise on my $7 Burger. It’s only really a bummer because I do like to eat the lettuce even if I don’t eat all the bread. The girl was pretty mad at me too for ordering out of order the three items that I ordered that come in one meal. I come here all the time so I’m definitely an authority. Two stars because there was a bubbly superstar in the Drive-Thru window who gave me barbecue sauce.

I don’t understand the fast food business anymore. I ordered 2 sandwiches at drive up window. When I got to the window I asked if I could add a small French frie. The cashier told me no. I would have to drive onto a busy road and then go back in the other side of parking lot and go order through the drive up or go in restaurant. Really? She was not friendly either. The burgers were extremely dry. They definitely had expired their time. One of the worst locations in the city.

Ordered a “Spicy Melt” got chicken fries… The window attendant told me she did not hear Spicy Melt. Told me to drive around again to order the Spicy Melt. Why should I drive around again and wait in line because you put in the order entirely wrong?

All of the Staff and management were all terribly rude, unpleasant, also completely unprofessional. The first thing that happened was that I was not greeted once I enter the establishment and also the way that I was ignored for say 5 maybe 8 minutes showed that they were lacking training and problematical skills were sadly not at all qualified for even fast food. I am very disappointed because BK is one of few fast food restaurants that I enjoy and have the motivation to goto when and if I am up early enough. One more thing what’s with this BK opening the dining room @ 9 a.m. ? I don’t understand most place open to customers at around 5/6 a.m. ? Will not be recommending this to anyone I want a full refund.
