The absolute worst experience in fast food I have had to date. After spending way too much on the food, once I received my chicken fries and onion rings the chicken fries were COLD AND SOGGY absolutely disgusting and unappetizing. The onion rings were warm but soggy and flimsy as well. When I asked an employee about it and why I was served such poor quality food they told me they will see what they could do about it them proceeded to ignore me and continue serving others.

I ordered 3 burgers tonight and I ordered them specifically plain, just as the reciept stated. I recieved my burgers but all had condiments on them. I attempted to explain their simple mistake to them so that I can get the order corrected but they got very frustrated and rude towards me because they were unable to understand the simple mistake they made. I just wanted my order corrected but they were too incompetent to articulate anything other than frustration and anger. Do not order from here because they will make your order incorrectly and then they will proceed to give you a hard time when you when you ask for it to be corrected.
