I used the app and dined in for breakfast, oddly enough there was crumbs on the tables and we were the only ones in the store. The food was mediocre not very hot and the coffee was so strong it was un drinkable. I ordered a side of bacon and it was one piece broke in half and it cost $2 that’s not right. The girl who rang me out was very friendly. Just seems like businesses aren’t really interested in taking pride in their ownership.

My wife is always very specific when she places an order and today was no exception. She got home and realized that they forgot her sandwiches. (Whopper Jr’s) She called them and spoke to the manager Melissa. The response from the manager was, well, you didn’t pay for it! I couldn’t believe my ears. No apology, just well, you weren’t charged for it. I called back myself and the manager and told her how disappointed I was at her response. She said well, I’m sorry you’re disappointed. I know losing our business and this review won’t matter to them but whatever happened to customer service? I’m not sure if this particular store is owned or part of a huge corporation, but this is no way to speak to customers. I am 58 years old and have never written a bad review in my life. I am so shocked and disappointed about this that I am going to try and find out who the owner is or just write my review on every platform I can find until I get a response from the owner. I’m not looking for free food either.

Quite possibly the WORST Burger King – the food is always cold or “stale” (like days old tasting). The fries are never salted and they’re always out of items. This location is the worst BK I have been to. When I walked in, no one even acknowledged that we were waiting by the register even thought they saw us. When we finally ordered, the man who took our order was unwelcoming. Our drinks, which we couldn’t help ourselves to, had no ice so we asked for a cup of ice and the lady had an attitude about it. Our fries tasted like they were cooked an hour ago. The one in Moon is way better.
