I got the bacon and Swiss chicken. It didn’t have bacon or Swiss on it. I took it back and the 1 lady working acted like i was bothering her with my complaint. She takes the sandwich takes it in back puts cold nasty cheese(I don’t think swiss) and cold bacon on it. I took a few bites and I couldn’t eat it it was gross. My mom got the whopper and it was cold. I went with my pap mom and daughter, I asked for 1 sweet and sour and 1 honey mustard. To be told I’m only allowed 1! Are you serious? So 4 people should share 1 sauce? Bad service bad food.

My grandmother, my four children and myself were traveling to see family from Ohio and we stopped to grab lunch. My grandmother has a 5lb emotional support service dog. We barely made it through the door when the manager in charge told my grandmother she needed to leave the store with the animal. She was very embarrassed and ran out of the door. I went to the counter to explain that and the manager told me “they don’t allow those type of dogs” in their store. S…L…O…W. Ashame I like their food better but- Sat behind car at drive thru speaker for at least 7 minutes without anyone getting on to take an order. Myself and two other cars disengaged from the line and drove 1 minute to the McDonalds drive thru where I had my order in less than 5 minutes. Reading several other reviews, this is a regular occurrence. Poor leadership or an owner that has too much money.
