Dancing Dream
I stopped in the other day with the intention of using a breakfast coupon. It was for a sandwich, hashbrown, and coffee. I don’t drink coffee so I asked for a soda instead. The person taking my order said, and I quote “I don’t know if you can or not. it all depends on how she rings it up.” Ok, first of all…… who is SHE??? The person talking to me said that as though I’m automatically supposed to just KNOW who ‘she’ is. Anyway, I proceeded to say I don’t drink coffee and the person said, “sorry, no substitutions.” This is the first time ANY restaurant has EVER said that to me. Not that I’m someone special, but if a customer doesn’t drink a certain beverage offered with a deal, a substitution has ALWAYS been offered. I wasn’t in the mood to deal with stupidity so I said never mind and left. I took my business somewhere else. Honestly, it’s common sense to know you CAN and common courtesy to do it.

Called in and asked what time they were open until and the gentleman on the phone told me 11:00pm. I proceeded to leave my house at 9:00 and wait in a line that was backed up to the entrance for 20 minutes and Burger King decided to SHUT THE LIGHTS OFF and close.
